• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, payment links) and bank transfers.

• Orders are confirmed with a 50% token, and shipping begins after full payment.

• Cancellations:

  • Before part procurement: 5% token deduction

  • After part procurement, before assembly: 50% token deduction

  • After assembly: Token amount is non-refundable

• Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.

• Shipping is not under our control post dispatch. We are not liable for courier delays.

• Damage during shipping must be claimed with a full uncut unboxing video.

• Warranty/RMA support is coordinated by us with official brand service centers. Replaced items can be collected or shipped (charges applicable).

• Overclocking or hardware modification voids support.

• Payment delay after test report incurs ₹250/day per PC.

• All disputes are governed by Indian Law and subject to Mangaluru, Karnataka jurisdiction.
