Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are applicable on cancellations and accepted returns only.

• Token amount is partially or fully deducted based on stage of cancellation:

  • Before procurement: 5% deducted

  • After procurement: 50% deducted

  • After assembly: Non-refundable
    
    

Refund Method:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer).

Refund Timeline:
After receiving and verifying the return, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
