How fast can you deliver a custom build?
For standard office configurations, 5 to 7 working days from confirmed PO. Custom workstations or bulk orders typically run 10 to 14 days. We'll commit to a date in writing on the quote.
What warranty do you offer?
Manufacturer warranty on every component (registered in your name), plus our own 1-year build warranty covering assembly, cabling and configuration. Optional extended AMC plans take this to three years.
Do you handle bulk orders for offices?
Yes , that's a big part of what we do. Anywhere from 10 to 500 units, with asset tagging, software pre-imaging, on-site rollout and disposal of old hardware if needed.
Can you service systems you didn't build?
Absolutely. A lot of our AMC clients started with mixed fleets from previous vendors. We'll audit what you have, fix what's worth fixing, and replace what isn't.
How does pricing work?
Itemised, no hidden margins. We'll show you part-level pricing and add a transparent build-and-service fee on top. GST-compliant invoices, multiple payment options, and discounted rates for repeat or bulk orders.
Do you offer AMC contracts?
Yes. Annual maintenance contracts cover scheduled health-checks, on-call diagnostics, on-site support and priority response. Three tiers depending on your fleet size and uptime needs.
