How long does a custom build take?
Around 7 to 10 working days from the time parts are confirmed. That includes assembly, BIOS tuning, OS install and a 24-hour burn-in. We'll always commit to a date in writing.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We do assembly-only builds for a flat fee. Just send us the part list, we'll vet it for compatibility and let you know if anything needs swapping before you order.
Do you ship outside Mangalore?
Right now, we’re keeping things local, shipping only within Mangalore, Udupi, and Manipal. This helps us stay hands-on with every build, ensure safer delivery, and provide quicker support if anything comes up.
What's covered under the 1-year service?
Free diagnostics, free labour for any assembly-related issue, free Windows reinstalls, and remote support over WhatsApp or AnyDesk. Component warranty is separate and registered in your name.
Can you upgrade an existing PC?
Yes. Bring it in or send photos of the inside. We'll tell you what'll bottleneck, what's worth swapping, and what to keep. No pressure to do the full upgrade in one shot.
Do you do streaming setups too?
Full streaming and creator setups. Capture cards, dual-PC arrangements, OBS scenes, mic and lighting placement. Tell us what platform you're streaming on and we'll spec around it.
